Joseph Coelho
Hello, my name is Joseph Coelho. I am the
Field Crew/Job Site Supervisor at No Loose Braids. On land, me and the crew handle any building or equipment that needs fixing. I’m a jack of all trades - I've worked in the construction trades for over 20 years, owned my own frame to finish business, and worked roofing and siding alongside Andre when we were younger.
I’m someone who believes growth comes from having the courage to reinvent yourself. After spending more than 20 years in the trades, I made the life-changing decision to step away from that world and pursue a path that felt more fulfilling, creative, and spiritually aligned with who I truly am. My years in the trades taught me discipline, resilience, and pride in craftsmanship, and one of my greatest professional accomplishments was being awarded Cape Cod Best Roofer in 2024.
When I’m not working, I’m happiest spending time with the people closest to me. I have a tight-knit group of friends I genuinely value, and I love hosting dinner parties, boating, relaxing at the beach, snowboarding, and catching drift events at the track. I also share a special bond with my snapping turtle, Bowzette, who has become a big part of my everyday life.
