Jacob’s Pillow “Sacred Space” in collaboration with the Stockbridge-Munsee Band

From July 7th - 14th, No Loose Braids co-created a sacred space adjacent to the Doris Duke Theater. We designed and built a homesite featuring a medicine garden, fire pit, and half wetu structure.

On August 2nd, we hosted a gathering and ceremony fire for community members to process grief. The Sacred Space is a permanent site and event space that’s available as a resource for community members to tap into anytime they want.
